Cancellation & Refunds

1. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel an order only up to 24 hours after placing the order, and before the order is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.
  • To cancel, customers must contact us via: anstyle7771@gmail.com.

2. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility:

  • Returns/refunds are allowed only if the product is delivered, and the request is raised within 2 days of delivery (for example, within y days).
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
  • The customer must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, order ID).

Non-returnable / Non-refundable items:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”,
  • Intimate apparel / undergarments / hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable),
  • Customized, personalised, or bespoke items,
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, wear and tear, washing or improper handling by customer,
  • Items returned after the eligible return period.

3. Refund or Exchange Options

Once your return request is approved by our team, we offer you the following options:

  • Refund to original payment method (for prepaid orders), or
  • Store credit/voucher (if you prefer to shop again at Anstyle), or
  • Exchange (subject to availability) as per customer request.

Refund/Store Credit Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
  • Store credit (if applicable) will be issued immediately once return is accepted.

4. Return Shipping / Pickup

  • Customers are responsible for shipping cost of returns, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, defective item).
  • Use a trackable courier service while returning, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about approval or rejection.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery along with:

  • Order ID / invoice
  • Clear photos of the delivered product and its packaging

We will, at our discretion:

  • Offer a full refund, or
  • Send a replacement item, or
  • Provide store credit, depending on stock availability.

Return shipping will be borne by us in this case.

6. How to Initiate Return / Refund / Cancellation

  1. Log in to your account → Go to “My Orders” section (or contact customer support).
  2. Provide order number, reason for return/cancellation, and (if relevant) photos.
  3. Wait for confirmation from our customer support.
  4. If return accepted, pack the item securely in original packaging and send / arrange pickup (as communicated).
  5. Once we receive and approve the return, refund / store credit / exchange will be processed.

7. Policy Changes & Contact Details

  • Anstyle reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be notified on the website.
