- Order Processing & Dispatch
- All orders placed on anstyle.in are processed within 24–48 hours of order confirmation and payment clearance.
- Once processed, your order will be dispatched from our fulfilment centre.
- During high-demand periods (sales, festivals, holidays), processing or dispatch may take slightly longer than usual.
- Shipping Destinations & Delivery Time
- We ship PAN India across all states and union territories.
- Delivery time after dispatch typically is:
- Metropolitan / major urban areas: ~ 1–7 business days.
- Other parts of India (smaller towns / remote areas): ~ 4–10 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, logistical constraints, public holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- We offer both paid shipping options sitewide.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on delivery address, shipping method, and order size/weight.
- If you qualify for free shipping (as per active promotions or threshold criteria), the “Free Shipping” indication will be shown during checkout.
- Shipment Methods & Carriers
- We use trusted courier partners for domestic deliveries.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number (via email / SMS), allowing you to track your order status until delivery.
- You agree to provide a complete and correct delivery address (including PIN code), and a valid phone number. In the event of incorrect / incomplete address or contact details, we cannot guarantee delivery.
- Failed Delivery, Returns & Re-delivery
- If a delivery fails due to incorrect / incomplete address, wrong contact number, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery may be attempted at customer’s cost (if applicable).
- If the parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will inform you and you may choose either a replacement (reshipment) or refund (less shipping / return costs, if any).
- For doorstep deliveries: upon receiving the package, please inspect it carefully. If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, you may refuse delivery. In such cases, please inform us immediately at anstyle7771@gmail.com
- Shipping Restrictions & Important Notes
- We currently ship only within India (domestic shipping). International shipping is not available.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO / FPO addresses, or unserviceable remote locations where courier services are unavailable.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the PIN code area. Rural or remote PIN codes may experience longer delivery times.
- Orders with perishable / seasonal / made-to-order items (if applicable) may have different dispatch timelines. We will mention expected dispatch time on the product page.
- Order Tracking & Communication
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email / SMS.
- You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to track your order until it is delivered.
